Rep. Ryan’s Policy Agenda: Expanding Opportunity

That feat alone is noteworthy and deserving of commendation. And though his plan is, at times, overly broad and generalizing, it will surely appeal to Republicans and Democrats alike – maybe because of its vagueness.
